Who pays for EagerSky?

Only the estate operator (owner account). Tenants, landlords, staff, and applicants are included — they never pay a subscription.

How does billing work in Tanzania?

Plans are priced in TZS with a live USD reference rate. Pay by M-Pesa (Selcom STK push) or bank transfer, with receipts for your records.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Move from Solo to Starter, Professional, or Business anytime. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

Is my data isolated?

Every estate gets its own MySQL database. Your properties, tenants, and documents are never mixed with other operators.

What happens after the trial?

Choose a paid plan to keep full access. During grace periods you can still sign in and renew before features are restricted.
